A forklift safety evaluation helps the assessor determine if the operator is doing his/her job safely and appropriately.
Why do I need a Company Forklift Safety Evaluation?
The forklift safety evaluation prevents potential safety hazards; for if the the operator is not appropriately trained and does not comply with rules and regulations they may be a danger to a worksite.
How do I use a Company Forklift Safety Evaluation?
- Indicate the operators name and the assessors name along with the date
- Place a checkmark if the operator completed the task correctly or incorrectly
- If needed, add comments or remarks during the examination
- The assessor must sign and date the evaluation
- Keep record for operator and for future references
