Bristol contractor, Ion Construction Ltd, was fined £145,000.00 following an investigation by the Health Safety Executive (HSE). According to Construction Enquirer, safety breaches include working at heights, temporary works, and spoil pipes at a construction site of nine timber frame town houses. Ikon Construction Ltd plead guilty to the infractions.
