I am a Journeyman Inside Wireman in IBEW Local 697 in Northwest Indiana.
How Long
15 years: I’ve been with TK Electric since I graduated from the apprenticeship.
Where
I work for TK Electric. We generally work in Northwest Indiana and around the Chicagoland area. We mainly do big commercial projects, municipal projects, maintenance, and small industrial.
Why
My father has run this business for over 35 years and I was pretty much born into it.
For Fun
I am also a volunteer firefighter for my little town of Hebron, Indiana. I also serve on my town Planning Commission and Board of Zoning and Appeals. I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 2 daughters (7 and 11 months old).
