A fatality has occurred at a construction site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. According to a news article published by Fox 29, 59-year-old Barry Jones was run over by a bulldozer yesterday afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation into the fatal accident is currently underway.
