Four building developments in Detroit have been announced which result in an influx in job creation in the region.
According to Construction Equipment, the $2.1 billion developments will lead to the creation of 24,000 temporary and permanent jobs. The developments are as follows:
- Restoration- The Book Tower
- New Build- Skyscraper at the former Hudson’s site
- New Build- 35-story tower on Monroe
- Addition- Compuware Building
The projects are anticipated to take approximately 5 years to complete.
