United Rentals will see a boost in its revenue this year due to a need for equipment rental to assist in rebuilding Texas following damage caused by Hurricane Harvey.
Per an article released by CNBC, analyst Jeffries estimates that the rental company made “about $60 million in immediate disaster recovery rentals”. With the high demand for construction equipment following the rebuilding requirements after Hurricane Harvey, it is likely that United Rentals’ revenue to continue to rise.
According to the same article, United Rentals shares rose by 12% last week.
