An offshore wind farm project in the UK has been given the green light.
The Hornsea Project Two wind farm, which is project to be the world’s biggest, will be built by Dong Energy off the East Yorkshire coast in the UK.
The project, which has been granted subsidy support by the local government, will generate enough energy to power a surplus of 1.3 million homes, BBC states in this publication.

According to an article published by Hull Daily Mail, the wind farm will create 2,000 construction-related jobs, in addition to 130 full-time positions at the completion of the project.
