What is the purpose of a Training Verification Form?
The training verification form helps ensure that your new hires are receiving proper training. It helps track training results by the training manager to help find where issues are arising in training, whether it be the material, trainers, or trainee.
Why do I need a Training Verification Form?
A training verification form will help your company save time and money on training by ensuring your employees are trained efficiently, the first time. The training verification form helps you confirm the quality of training that your training managers are performing, as well as confirming the quality of training content you have available.
How do I use a Training Verification Form?
Have supervisors and/or safety coordinator designate a topic to test the quality of training for, choose three (3) questions or behaviors to check for that help ensure training by managers is sufficient.
