- Dashboard indicator lights actually do serve a purpose. Don’t hate on them. They’re just trying to help.
- Jumping jacks and cartwheels on the job sites will get you a few weird glances, so don’t do them. You should still limber up before you pick that lumber up.
- Getting home safe to family and friends. That’s what makes a good day at work.
- Being a few minutes late for work is not going to kill you. Rushing in to work just might. It’s all about perspective.
- Whistle while you work if you are a good whistler. If not, feel free to hum. A bad workplace whistler can really throw a wrench into things.
- If your world gets way too loud, plug your ears.
- Take a minute or two to safety check your vehicle before hopping in.
- Don’t give power tools all the power.
