Safely Storing Compressed Gas

  • Ensure storage area is away from all ignition sources. Post ‘no smoking’ signs in the area.
  • Close cylinder valves with protective caps
  • Ensure all cylinders are appropriately labeled
  • Store oxygen and fuel gas cylinders separately
