The review is to start immediately, and a report to the Ministry of Labour is expected by the end of the year. Linda Regner Dykeman heads up MidCorp Canada, a division of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), a global insurance carrier providing risk consultancy, property-casualty insurance solutions and alternative risk transfer for a wide spectrum of commercial, corporate and specialty risks across 12 dedicated lines of business. Sean Speer is a Senior Fellow in public policy at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, a Senior Fellow for fiscal policy at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, and an associate fellow at the R Street Institute. Together, the pair is tasked with examining the WSIB’s operations and how they compare with best practices in the industry.
