Who?
Health and safety representatives or Joint Health and Safety Committees complete workplace inspections.
How Often?
Conduct workplace inspections on a monthly basis. If this is impossible, be sure to conduct an inspection of ONE area per month.

Using the checklist, inspect the work area for potential safety hazards. Identify these hazards on the checklist. When the inspection is complete, list corrective actions for all identified hazards.
Use the information from this inspection to create a monthly safety inspection report.
