General Motors announced its intention to become an all-electric car manufacturer.
The automaker recently announced its zero-emissions goal in addition to the development and production of a minimum of 20 all-electric vehicles by 2023, according to an article published by Inc..

To fulfill its promise, GM will be “using a strategy that [will] combine battery-electric and fuel-cell electric vehicles.”
