Consuming plenty of water throughout the course of the day will allow your body to sweat and control your body temperature, keeping it at its normal rate.

Some simple ways to prevent sunburn would be to just wear a hat, sunglasses and apply sunscreen every so often. Sunburns upsets your body and don’t allow it to naturally cool itself.
- On Hot Days Work at a Comfortable Pace
Working on hot days is hard on your body. Allow your body to normalize by taking breaks, drink water and rest in the shade.
